Egg Hunt

We had our annual Easter Egg Hunt at the Turner's. It was lots of fun. Everyone enjoyed the RAW egg toss the most. Especially the grown ups. It's fun that we can all get together. Miss you Sue!

Kite Flying

For Easter we went kite flying. The weather was perfect. It was in the 70's. The view was beautiful. I love Pine Valley Mtn. behind those red rocks. That's one reason I love St. George.

Coral Canyon

Ready for Spring Break!

Hallie, Luke, and Carly are all ready for spring break. Carly has a swimsuit and all. They love riding in the Barbie jeep. They have been trying to figure out how all three of them could ride at once. Today they figured it out. The passanger has to hold Hallie on their lap. Teemwork!

Happy 13th Birthday kaden

Well another year has passed. 13 to be exact. I can't believe that Kaden is 13. He had a sleepover party Friday. We took the boys to Lazer-Mania. He also had cake and ice cream with the Grandma's last night. Wow, I guess that I am getting old too if he is.

My new Ride

Here it is Jennie! This is my sweet new ride. I am an avid mini van hater. I have always said that I would never drive a mini van, unless it was a Honda Odyssey. My kids think it's awesome.
We got rid of our OLD Ford Explorer. We were a 1 car family for about a month. We are waiting awhile til we could afford to get what I wanted. I was totally fine with it. Well Annie found this van and told my mom about. Now here it is. It's a good "to get by" car. The kids can't figure out why I hate Mini Vans so much.

I can't believe that it's almost been a month since I have posted. It's been so busy, yet nothing too out of the ordinary to report. Saturday night we went to a free Ballroom dancing class at the church with a bunch of friends. It was so fun. Colby and I went 2 weeks ago and learned the New York Night Club 2 step. This time we learned the West Coast Swing. I loved it. I used to do the Country Swing in college, but this is different. It was so fun, and more fun that my hubby was my dance partner. Twilight Series

So, I have been really busy lately with my otherwise hectic life. Then, I had to read all 3 of the Twilight Series books. It only took me 10 days to finish them. That's crazy for me. I am a little obsessive, yes, but I don't usually enjoy reading. That's not like me. I really enjoyed these books though. And Jaesi, Yes I have dreamed about them. Mostly my dreams are narrated, like my dreams were a story in a book.

Twilight

Annie won. I know that all of you have read this addicting book. I am not a reader, and I don't like scary books. Annie kept telling me to read it. She finally brought it over. It sat on my table for a couple of days. I finally picked it up. Three days later, I am done, and need to read the next one. I got sucked in just like you guys! Crazy!

Tarzan and Jane

Definatly the most creative of all of my kids. Today Carly was watching Tarzan and Jane. I was in the other room. I heard a crash and an instant cry. I ran in to find her curtain in her bedroom, torn down. See picture. She was crying,"I was trying to swing from the vine like Jane."
Then, I checked on her a little later, and she was starting to swing from the curtains hanging from the canopy bed. I said if she really thought that she need to swing from a vine, she needed to go do it outside from a tree, like Jane. So she said she would get a ribbon and swing from the tree.

Rileigh's is playing basketball

Rileigh has been playing basketball. Her team is doing really well. They have played 4 games and are undefeated. They are all very tall. Nice to have that advantage.

The kids were so cute. They all did the dance really well. When Carly got out on the floor, she took her cheer shirt off and handed it to her cheerleader. Carly asked me the whole 2nd half of the game if she could do her dance again. It was so cute and fun.

Cheer Camp at Dixie High

Carly, McKell, and Maesi had so much fun at Cheer camp. They were so cute! They always made sure that they stayed by their Cheerleader, Abby.

27 Dresses

What a fun night. Thanks to the guys, we had a great girls night out. We went to 27 Dresses. What a cute chick flick. I loved it. James Marsden is very handsome, and Katherine Heigl is a hoot. Rileigh, of course, came with us. It wasn't a naughty show, thank goodness. I am glad that we can do that every once in a while.

Happy 11th Birthday Rileigh!!

Happy Birthday Rileigh! I can't believe that she is 11. She had a slumber/spa party Friday night. Those girl's are a handful. They did pedicure's, manicures, facials, and their American Girl dolls, got to come to. Red rover, indoor volleyball. knocking a few pictures off the wall, farting contests, and lots of screaming. WOW! We were so glad that McKenna could come up from Vegas with her mom, sister, and new baby brother. What a great time.

Long time , no blog. I hope that everyone had a Happy New Year. We had a great time New Year's Eve. We went to First night with the Poulson's. After, We played games with the Wallis'. Everyone stayed up to see the new year, even Carly!

A puppy for Christmas!

I know, I know. I am always making fun of dogs being pushed around in strollers, and Chiuahuas in matching sweaters. We got a puppy for Christmas. Colby wanted to surprise the kids, and they were. He went to the pound and adopted Nana. She is a one year old hound dog, and they all love her. Welcome to the family Nana.
