Annie and I made this wedding cake for her neice McKale. I thought it turned out okay. It was SURE YUMMY!!!

Pine Wood Derby 2009

Garrett was all pumped up for the Pine Wood Derby this year. It was fun, but he left really sad. His car lost every race. Maybe next year!!

Happy Valentines Day!

Garrett had a Valentines party at school. Carly and I got to go and help. They played lots of fun games. Garrett's favorite center was pin the lips on the heart. They made yummy sugar cookies, and read a story too. Carly's hair was done in two hearts. If you look closely, you can see them.

My Eighties Baby

Rileigh had spirit week at school. They dressed up different everyday. Sports day, pajama day, flashback, and spirit day. My favortie was flashback day. We took the picture after school, so her awesome 80's bangs were going flat. I have to say that she did look totally RAD!

For those of you that don't know, we moved last weekend. The house we moved into needed to be revamped. They replaced all of the carpet upstairs and in the boys room downstairs. We tore down wall paper and painted the entire upstairs. Carly and Rileigh's rooms were the funnest, of course. (Please ignore the clutter) We had fun painting with the chair rails. We were able to do two colors. They turned out really cute. I can't wait to get through the last of the boxes!!!

Garrett's team is done with the season. I think they won all but 2 games. It was great. He sure did good for his first year of basketball.

Rileigh is playing basketball

Rileigh is playing basketball. She is doing really well. Her team has won quite a few games. She has made lost of baskets, even a three pointer!! She has lots of friends on her team. She says it's not about winning, it's about having fun. I am glad that she figured that out at such a young age. It will make life easier for her.
