Duchess

I forgot to blog about our new puppy Duchess. She was a hand-me-down from Colby's brother. They got her for Christmas and couldn't keep her. I think Nana enjoys having a friend, even though she has 7 time the energy as her.

Princess in Training

Last night was Carly's turn at Grandma Wallis'. She got lucky. They were having a Princess in Training at the Rec. center, so Grandma took her. I am so glad that Grandma took pictures. I wish I could have been there, but at least I can see how cute it was. They learned to waltz, the King crowned them as princesses, they went for a carrige ride, played games, and ate. She looked to pretty. She was sure glad that her friend Ashley from school was there. She was a litte nervous at first. Thanks Grandma!!

Blue and Gold

Garrett had his Blue and Gold Banquet for scouts. They had a pie eating contest. The pie was chocolate pudding and whip cream. G doesn't like chocolate, so he carefully just ate the whip cream. He got his wolf patch and 3 arrows!! He's doing great.

David Archuleta

I took the teenie boppers to the David Archuleta concert. Rileigh and 3 friends. We all sat and texted our friends, "OMG! I M @ a David Archuleta Concert!!" They took pics with their phones and sang and danced. I was very impressed with David. He was great live and Amazing at the piano. He sang a few songs from other artists. Some of my favs were "I'm Yours, by Jason Mraz, and "Love Song" by Sarah Bareilles. It was lots of fun, and one of the best concerts that I have been to in awhile.

Pirate Party

We had Kaden's birthday party at Pirate Island Pizza. It was very fun. Kaden was looking forward to the "Kracken" pizza. It's 24" round and delicious. I don't if it compares to the HUGE Costco cupcakes, though. Everyone loved them, especially Hallie! It was fun to Have Grandma and Pa Wallis, Aunt Melanie, and Aunt Carolyn, Grandma and Pa Turner, Chad and Annie and family there. We missed Bode, but he was playing with his other Grandparents.

Kaden's Birthday Bowling

I can't believe that Kaden is 14 years old today. It's killing me! We had a fun day. He got an iTouch, a Wii game, and a bunch of money. He went to lunch at the Lucky Buffet with Colby, we swam at the Washington Rec Center, then went bowling with Grandma and pa Turner and the Nelsons. Chad got a TURKEY! Rileigh took 2nd place and Luke took 3rd with a score or 118!! He was really into it. It's so fun hanging with the fam. Tomorrow we are going to have Kaden's party at Pirate Island Pizza, Can't wait!

D-Rex

We have been still unpacking boxes from the move. We pulled out the D-Rex the other day. Garrett got him for Christmas and didn't get to play with him much before the move. Carly and he thought it was like getting a new toy!

Youth Spectacular

Rileigh and her friend Courtney were in the Youth Spectacular for our Stake. They were TOTALLY AWESOME! Rileigh sang and danced so well. She definitely needs to go into Drama!!
