Zumba Wednesday

Braces #2

Kaden got his braces on today. It's so crazy to have two kids in braces. Not that I am surprised. Colby and I both had to have them.

Grandma's 82nd Birthday Lunch

We had a great time at Grandma's 82nd Birthday lunch. We went to the Painted Pony. It was so good, and the cake Sherrie brought from Nothing But Bundt was to die for. We had so much fun talking and laughing. It's so fun to get together. We missed those of you who couldn't come. You know who you are!

Our friends were coming through town last night and invited us to dinner and swimming out in Ivins. It was lots of fun. We haven't seen them since they moved in Nov. It was good to see them and get caught up.

So, I think that I am the only mom that is not exctied for school to start. I just LOVE summer. No schedules, all the fun activities, the heat, the sun, the swimming, the vacations, no schedules. I will really miss my babysitters, too.

Braces

Rileigh got braces put on today. It's totally crazy! My kids are getting too big too fast. Kaden will get his put on in about 2 weeks.

Happy 9th Birthday G!

Sunday dinner. Hallie's birthday is one day after mine. So we shared a yummy costco cake. We each blew out our own candles.

He finally got his gold iPod! He was up til 1am last night. It was like Christmas. He couldn't fall asleep. He came in my room 20 times between 10:30 and 1. Then, he woke up at 7am ready to open presents. We went to lunch at Pirate Island Pizza.

He had his party at the river where they skim boarded and had a blast. It was a great day!

Alex and Rileigh curled Hallie and Carly's hair today and they were dressing up in some princess dresses. We took some pictures for fun and I played around in photo shop with them. They turned out pretty cute! They are such cute moody girls!

Mr. G

Malea took our pictures last week and these are the first I have seen. So good as always. When I grow up I want to be as good as Malea. Anyway, G's birthday is Sat. and he can NOT wait! He has been giving me not so subtle hints about presents he wants like, for instance, he posted those two bionicle toys. Thanks for that! He has had a brochure of this $100 Transformer toy he wants. He taped it to the front of his shirt and wore it around for a few hours the other day. When I was reading, he would walk up to me and hand it to me and say,"Here is a book mark mom" and walk away. What a NUT! We love you G. Happy 9th Birthday!

Boating

For Young Women tonight we went boating. I took Carly and G along because, of course, they wanted to come. We had a great time. It was such a nice night tonight.
